At RPM Living, we consider your pets part of our family.

Clear Lake Reserve happily accommodates cats & dogs! There's a $400 non-refundable fee per pet, plus $30 monthly pet rent. All pets, including ESAs and SAs, undergo a friendly interview and require vaccination records and photos for approval. Please note that certain breeds are restricted: Rottweiler, Doberman, Pit Bull, Staffordshire Terrier, Chow, Siberian Husky, Akita, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Presa Canario, Alaskan Malamute, and Wolf Hybrid. We encourage you to contact the leasing office for additional information. We look forward to welcoming your furry friends!
